Didn't see anybody post about it yet.

Arkansas athletic director Hunter Yurachek informed Razorbacks players and staff that the program is sticking with Sam Pittman as the team’s head coach, Matt Zenitz reported. The decision follows Arkansas improving to 4-7 with a 44-20 win over FIU on Saturday.

Nothing in that says he'll be back next year. Just says HY is "sticking with him". Hopefully that's just until the end of the season.

The reporting and timing leads one to believe they made this decision based on the result of beating FIU at home

What a joke. Just completely forget about those horrendously embarrassing BYU, MSU, and Auburn games at home

Come on man. We beat them almost as bad as MTSU did.

I’m done with this joke of a program until Pittman is gone. I won’t be watching/attending. Not that I alone will make a difference but I doubt I’m alone on this

It would be fine, mostly, if the investment was being made to win NCs in sports people care bout.

They aren't.

Kansas, duke, unc, and Kentucky have basketball. Are always good at basketball, expect to be good at basketball. 6-8 win football seasons pass the time until basketball.

Is Hunter putting all his eggs into the basketball basket? He should let everyone know that's his plan if that's what he is doing.

Or will Muss win a NC and the money won't be there to pay him comparable

Existing boosters largely support Pittman (although a portion would prefer Malzahn, that is a small clique centered around Cross Church). Many were so traumatized by the lack of access during the Petrino era they still don’t give a shite about losing as long as they have a coach and program they can “h’yuck” around with and the coach and program massage their balls.

Don’t believe me? Read this article from April 2012:
Bobby Petrino’s firing causes boosters to write checks in support

Amazing how Bobby was also the only coach outside of 2 Nutt years actually win at a high level in the SEC?

Coincidence?

Saban did the same thing when he took over at Bama

He told the boosters to frick off snd leave him alone and won them 6 national titles.
