How is that cheating? Players couldn't hear the whistle due to it being loud. Not sure what the issue is with them getting another try considering it was a pre-snap penalty. It's not like it would have counted had they made it.

Memphis hasn't played in an environment like this. No way anybody can hear the QB if the stadium is half as loud as it was last week against USF

Those are on the QB, but he isn't burning timeouts to prevent them that's confidence in your offense.
