I don’t think I’ve ever seen a pitching staff get obliterated quite like Missouri State’s has today.
Okie State is just barreling up MO State’s pitchers over and over again inning after inning.

Yep, that’s the worst outcome of this game.
Oklahoma State didn’t get their bullpen killed nearly as bad as they could have.
Trevor Martin came in and stopped the bleeding, and Missouri State was just never able to put any kind of pressure on him at the plate. Hell they made him look like the second coming of Cy Young.

To be fair them using up Martin completely is a good thing. Bogusz is done too and their #3 starter all year got hurt a few weeks ago.

Missouri State should have given this kid a shot earlier. That was pretty nasty stuff against the last two batters.

Their pitchers haven’t even been able to get ground balls. Everything on contact has either been a homer, line drive, or into the gap.
