Not to get too deep but my gosh I’d had a bad sad day today and while it’s only a game in the scheme of life, I sure appreciated and enjoyed that beauty we just witnessed. And just because i don’t think I’ve ever said it- thanks you random faceless guys for being awesome and funny and letting me hang here sometimes without really any grief even tho I probably have gotten on your nerves a time or two. :)

When Franklin got to 1-2 in his AB in the 8th, I told my son "he's absolutely going to strike out." I reiterated as much when he'd worked back to 3-2.
So I've got tomorrow's lottery numbers if anyone's interested.
Conversely, when Welch came up, I did say that it felt like he was going to turn on one and put it over the left field fence. Granted, it was before the score on the wild pitch, but I'm putting it on the board
