Agree as long as they'll do a little and not be a liability. The position coaches due the recruiting but OC/DC needed to close the deal sometime.

When Kiero was the lead blocker, he'd knock the absolute fricking shite of whomever was in front of him. There was one time he hit a linebacker so hard that the linebacker's helmet flew off.

Did I say that? I said what is his strategy that everyone keeps saying is a home run hire? He wasn’t a running back coach where you can see how the running backs performed under him.
You and every other person are cheering the hire because you know the name and he played here. No one knows his strategy on how to get players bigger, increase speed or flexibility.
