Dykes is a different level of fail than any of the other two coaches people want fired. Bielema, if we move on, has at least cleaned up a dumpster fire and would leave a stable base for the next guy. Anderson seems to be headed back in the right direction this week and is brining in some serious talent going forward. Dykes, however, has run the women's program straight in to the ground. I don't see any way that he will be the one to fix it.

He should be gone. That program is a dumpster fire with no pulse.
Can't coach, keep players on roster or recruit at SEC level.

The team quit before the season started. Jimmy has no control, he should be gone.

I honestly have no idea/context for WBB, is it a big deal at tFlagship?
Seems like it is hard to get motivation to fire coaches who struggle in clear secondary sports. AU was a proud WBB school and we've struggled with no real push to fire the coach

His teams were fundamentally sound and played the game the right way, don't forget that part.

Dykes is a follower not a leader, as we saw early in the season.

I had hoped for the best from Dykes, he's a guy that really loves Arkansas... but he's been underwhelming since he got here.
That having been said I'd have grudgingly given him another year to see if he can right the ship but the utter collapse of the Lady Backs this year is something you can't defend. There is some real talent on the team. We might play in the toughest conference for women's basketball in country but a ten game slide?
Yeah, 13-16 doesn't sound end of the world but I think we only lost like three games OOC. If I was the AD I'd take a serious look at letting him go. I love the guy as a sportscaster and his love for the Hogs runs deep but he's in over head coaching at this level.

I agree, hard guy not to like, but you recruit your own problems. Would like to see how the team does next year, once lol of the trash has transferred or quit.
