Oh. I don’t know about grit and toughness in the new generation. They all seem like poons to me, but who really knows if it’s real or not.
Hopefully for us it was real and he will be back. Hopefully for him, he got it fixed and he will be back.

I saw a bunch of grit and toughness tonight... AT was incredible. Nelly, well... he tried, and he seems to be gaining some ... a litl steam.

Nelly is good when he’s cutting to the basket.
Read a stat the other day, something like 65% of his scoring last year was inside the arc.
Cal of course ignores that a lot and he cant get in a true rhythm. Just has him stand in the perimeter and jack up 3’s.
Use him like FAU did and he’ll flourish.

Nelly misses the goal entirely.
He has the yips.
He sucks and it’s not ion Cal. Everything else is but Nelly is a different problem entirely.
Still a reflection of the coach given the guy Florida got from the same team who is basically Marcus Smart 2.0.

We went 3-23 from 3 in that game and still one. That tells me way more about UGA than it does us. At least we hit a better percentage on our FT's.
