Leach is clearly option #2, and from hunters liked tweet (if they are leaving as of just a bit ago) it seems they are headed to leach to discuss it further. Basically lane is running out of time, and her putting that out is probably another way of them putting it out there that they are about to move on as well.
We are putting the squeeze on kiffin with these subtle hints in public.

Kiffin is a trump fan (go check out his twitter follows. Trump, trump jr, steve crowder, etc) and probably studies him on how to really get people riled up. I'll have to see if HY has a similar follow list

Here is what I think is going in and I don’t know crap.
LK is #1
LK is rep’s by the biggest piece of trash sports has ever seen.
Sexton is playing everybody against everybody.
Meanwhile FAU is fixing to up the ante with LK, and it’s known he gets his house in Boca for free if he stays next year.
LK likes Boca. They will probably offer him the write off of the loan this year and another 800k a year to stay.
HY is getting sick of Lanes slow playing and is getting ready to move down the line.

But do you really think he's letting this be known by both the fans and Kiffin via retweet? Or do you think it's more likely he and Lane have a handshake deal in place and HY knew he'd get a chuckle out of it, especially later on?

It is actually just a liked tweet. Not a retweet. It doesnt appear on his timeline. You have to manually go to his likes to find it. Its public, but not broadcasted.

Ah I did just notice that in the title too. The same kinda applies though, he HAS to know Hog fans are checking his every move. I just don't see him making that public if it's serious

Yep, this seems more likely if you have to pick one. Lane Kiffin seems like the guy who would love to see something like this from Hunter.
