Has anyone heard whether his residence, which was purchased for 3.8M, has been listed for sale?

Might be best if he went ahead and got an early start. I found some optimistic posts about him in an Arkansas Times article at the time he purchased the house. LINK

Maybe it won’t be long. Put the hammer down.

Figure he spent 60-70K on that one.

In hindsight, which is always 20/20, we should have been worried that he bought such a gorgeous home but kept his family down in Texas.

Considering that there is no shortage of good to great football programs in NW Arkansas he could have easily found a soft landing spot for his son.

He could have gone to see his son play and been back in the office in 30 minutes.

There has been a material change of circumstances (getting fired) since my original post and it is now for sale if anyone is in the market—asking 3.79M. LINK

Help me out fellas, I suck at math.

I need his winning percentage at Arkansas, then I need to know what that percentage is if you apply it to his 3.79 million asking price.

Figure out that # for me and I will email his agent with an offer tommorow where I will justify my offer.

If I get a response I will post it here.

Keep in mind that the agent is required by law to present the offer to him.

If the agent comes back and says we will take it I will gladly pay it. If you have a better formula for the offer that involves his pay per win ratio I could also go with that. I'd like to get this thing as cheap as possible.

.182 x 3,790,000 = $689,000

Can you work up a formula based on his pay per win including 5 million buyout? I'm a firm believer in negotiating and I would like to start low. Gives me a little more room to maneuver.

I will legit email the lowest offer that makes sense and post the response here.

I might just get lucky and they will say sold. He may want to wash his hands of Arkansas.

Of course he bought the biggest, gaudiest mansion possible and drives a fricking Corvette and Raptor.

Lol, he is so fricking high school it’s not even funny.

Just shows how stupid he is. He’ll probably never sniff 7 figures again. I bet he wishes he hadn’t blown through so much cash.

Yep.

There are literally a handful of people that can afford that house in NWA and no one is going to want a tainted POS like that for 3.5M. They're going to build something custom themselves.

Bet it winds up selling for 2-2.5M if at all.

I think you overestimate how much Morris was hated. It's still a pretty badass and baller talking point to say you live in the former Razorback HC's house, it'll sell.

People that can afford and buy a $3.5mm McMansion are most likely new money and all about that flashy lifestyle, someone will buy it and their friends will be secretly jealous and hate them behind their backs at wine mixers.
