The move to the SEC wasn't the mistake, it was hiring shitty coaches after that. Houston had the hogs in Atlanta, and Petrino surely would have had he kept it in his pants.

Petrino had us playing at a high level. Surely, with enough time, he could have pulled off beating Bama and splitting with the Barn and LSU. He also never had a problem beating A&M, MSU, and Ole Miss after his first couple of seasons.
We were close, but Bert dropped us back a bunch. I think it'll take Morris getting in to his 3rd season before we see a decent football team. Our OL is wrecked and we have no identity on defense. Special teams were unbelievably bad under Bert too.

I was tired of the screwings we were getting from texas and the other texas schools.
