Porkatarian out!

Or, "A Defensive coach at the UofA will be leaving soon"

Porkatarian out!

Some crap that almost anyone could predict without sources, be he claims to have sauces of all types.

Just had to go look, dang it.. .I have lost brain cells that I truly needed.

Here is Da Latest from Porkatarian…

"It saddens me how our program is struggling in year 8 of the Mike Anderson era.

I am encouraged that our administration, boosters, and trustees are committed to having a winning basketball program.

The season will have to play out, but some things have already been set in motion.

Porkatarian out..."

Well, it wasn't the offense that was set into motion, that's 4 sure!

This is the biggest feather in DVH's cap, IMO. When bats were hot pre 09 we played Gorilla Ball with the best of them. When the bats were dead he recruited one of the most complete college pitching staffs ever and they responded with a historic team ERA. Fast forward to a little bit of life put back into the bats and changed to the harder MLB ball and here we are leading the SEC in offense again. He constantly has a finger on the pulse of the game.

I'm drunk. It's time for Arkansas to move on. Get Petino.

Honestly, if I were in the position as AD, I couldn't pull the trigger to can Mike unless forced.

There's smoke that he's been asked to change some assistants. That's usually the first step towards the door. I personally think that unless he walks because of the assistants demand, he will be back next year with a very hot seat.

It's very debatable. The problem we would have firing him after this season is attracting a new coach with no Gafford and a roster full of sophomores. He's going to get one more year, I would be shocked if they fired him right now. Plus it's not like we're giving him an extension, he's just getting on more year to see if he can get things back on track with no change to his contract. Plus we save a million dollars by waiting another year. That may sound like pocket change in this climate, but it's still a million bucks.
