R value down to .88. Looks like this wave is almost over. What will the Karen’s do with their time now?

Is that the CDC math that says we only report breakthrough cases if they are hospitalized or the one that says use a Test that has trouble differentiating between the flu and covid?

Has Asa and Romero manipulated the numbers from the weekend to scare everyone yet?

I was irritated at KNWA for last week, they have only done Covid stories on the news, you would not know if anything else is happening in NWA or the region.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KAIT) - A court case involving the state’s ban on mask mandates is set to go on trial on Thanksgiving week.

According to court records, Circuit Judge Tim Fox set a Nov. 22-24 trial date on his preliminary injunction dealing with Act 1002.

Judge Fox issued the injunction Aug. 6 in Pulaski County Circuit Court.

A Little Rock parent, along with the Little Rock and Marion school districts, filed objections to the law, which was passed in the 2021 regular legislative session in Little Rock.

So an emergency hearing to declare it unconstitutional, but have to wait until last possible date to get the appeal. frick Asa for not even filing the appeal Just get him and Jose the frick out of this state and let Rutledge run the place, she at least knows what is going on in the state.

Please explain to me how they can't get an emergency ruling in the state appeals courts, especially since the plaintiffs got an emergency injunction?

I can not and it makes no sense. I think Fox even gets to hear the appeal, but I have not seen who was assigned the case yet.

Because Leslie Rutledge is in Asa's back pocket. Asa called in a favor to a friendly judge to have the mandate thrown out. Leslie now has to choose whether to cross Asa and she is choosing not to.

Has anyone seen the filing that caused the new trial? It is not being shown in the websites I use to research court cases. It is strange that they have not made it public yet.

So allegedly all the ICU beds are full...

How can every ICU bed in the state be full? I do not believe that one bit. I am sure the Dem-Gaz is playing semantics to scare the piss out of people.

Uhmm... because they are full? I'm going out on a limb here but they may be saying we are out of ICU beds because we are out of ICU beds.

Look, we are in a once in a century pandemic, and as happens with those pandemics you get outbreaks from time to time. Well... we are getting an outbreak. It happens.

Get your shots and God willing we can say goodbye to this thing in a few months. Or we can let it linger.

Shots don’t do shite. My aunt just died from covid after being vaccinated. Vaccinated people still spread the virus.

Come in now it’s obvious those Pfizer shots are working, just look at Israel for proof.

The thing isn't foolproof, people keep trying to talk in absolutes about the vaccine on both sides but there are outliers in every single situation in life lol. From the article:

quote:

only 0.2 of the first 1.1 million recipients of the third jab were infected with the coronavirus.

The last week has shown a significant reduction in morbidity among triple-vaccinated Israelis over the age of 70—the first group to receive the booster.

You can believe the vaccine helps without thinking it's the end all, be all. Unfortunately politics in 2021 forces us to either be far on one side or the other on every single issue.
