I think leach, and kiffin are our two top targets. Unless norvell shoots down fsu, and tells HY this is where he wants to be.
HY wants a highly qualified coach who WANTS to be here. Leach, and kiffin are the two top targets that seem to really really want this job.

I just don't get the possibility of a leach hire. There's a ceiling on how far he takes you. It's not like he recruits like crazy, so the next coach will start from scratch.
He's also a giant pain in the arse. He has a handler that has to have eyes on him at all times to make sure he gets to where he needs to be. He actively tries to escape this handler.
It's kind of funny, but I don't want that shite here.

I seen a bunch of names that arent coming to FSU lol.
Rhule isn't coming here. He isn't going there. Matt Campbell maybe. Franklin is a total pipe dream. Mark stoops maybe. Norvell seems way down their list to be honest. They are gonna go and swing at a bunch of guys they will get played by for raises. This is good for us. We can get who we want by the biggest fish trying to bite off more than it can chew.

So, season tix sold this season was just barely above 40,000...

The only thing this search has done thus far is that it has reemphasized the fact that our local media doesn't know jack shite. Biddy, Irwin, Wally Hall, radio and longform media, none of them know anything and are simply resorting to throwing shite at the wall at this point. Their access died when Broyles retired. At this point they're nothing but useful tools for leaking misinformation, as evidenced by guys like Biddy and Irwin contradicting themselves, in ignorantly confident fashion, on a daily basis.

Way too early man. We still have a couple weeks of the season left and conference title weekend.
This is an abnormal search for us. We fired during the season and absolutely nothing is going to happen during the season. Driving yourselves crazy right now, accomplishes nothing.
In a couple weeks the names that start getting floated around will be more legitimate and that particular coaches media will start asking him questions about interest in the Arkansas job. Until then, believe nothing.

Leach using everyone he knows to reach out to Arkansas means nothing, does nothing other than get his name out there. Same shite Houston would do every year.
What the media needs to find out but has no way of knowing unless HY or Fagg tells them directly is who Arkansas has reached out too.
All this will be slow moving as Norvell refuses to talk to other schools until after the regular season is over... This isn't a bad trait/policy.

One thing I don't think I've seen on here is leach's record versus top 25. Saw it somewhere else and it wasn't pretty. Hes a Dan Mullen that wouldn't have the Florida talent and shite east to back him up.
On the positive side, he wouldn't lose his OOC games IMO, but...we do have some big OOC games in the future.

I still think it Is him as well.
and I am still hearing he is definitely in the mix.
But I am so cautious with the way Hy handled the BB hire. Muss was mentioned a bit with mostly mediocre reviews, because of lack of knowledge ..and then it was him
