Venables son will be at Clemson soon. Venables doesn't hop jobs. He spent 13 seasons with Stoops before going to Clemson. Brent Venables is not coming to Arkansas.

It took making Venables the highest paid defensive coordinator in the country to get him to take the Clemson job. I imagine they'd have to do so again. Which would probably mean bumping him to 2 million.

I’m not saying it’s going to happen but if we spent all that Jack firing Bret and Long then whip out the money now and make it extra hard for him to refuse. I don’t care, pay Morris 6 and Ven 4 as far as I’m concerned.
