Founded by a Little Rock-born real estate manager.

4th and 25 Fund

Has a board of directors already, but doesn't have 501c3 status yet, which typically takes 3-6 months for IRS approval.

quote:

The 4th and 25 Fund was created to help families and communities throughout the state of Arkansas. The donations collected from your contributions will go towards improving the living environments and daily lives of families around the state -whether it is replacing a leaking roof, installing new energy efficient appliances, upgrading the heating and cooling systems in their homes, or simply providing healthy meals from local restaurants. Community contributions will also be made to supply equipment to youth and high school sports.

Please note that the 4th and 25 Fund is a newly established non-profit organization and is still awaiting 501(c)(3) approval from the IRS. Your donations may not be tax deductible until we receive this approval from the IRS. Consult a tax professional prior to making a donation. We will be holding a portion of every donation for future tax considerations in the event that the 4th and 25 Fund is denied 501(c)(3) status and owes taxes on the contributions it collects.

Yea that ain’t going to work.

quote:

Apparently, Texas A&M’s 2022 recruiting class is set to cost the school’s boosters upwards of $30 million in deals for NIL when the prospects officially enroll. According to a message board user who goes by SlicedBread, Aggie boosters spent between $25 and $30 million to sure-up the nation’s top class. He reported that the effort was targeted and coordinated.

quote:

Here is how it reportedly plays out in College Station: A recruit is targeted for a specific recruiting class. A “point donor” then heads the recruiting effort. The “point donor” gathers other donors around him. Those donors create an LLC. The LLC sponsors the targeted recruit and pays out deals for NIL if/when he enrolls. That recruit, upon arrival on campus, receives money from the LLC. In turn, the recruit promotes the LLC and its “cause,” whether that be a charity or a business.

Big money folks going to have to turn lose of cash or we might as well move to the Fun Belt

Apparently the Arkansas boosters have gambled the fortunes at the casino.

If the Aggy model is the future, then no one in the SEC, including Alabamabor Georgia, will be able to compete with A&M for recruits for the foreseeable future.

They have more alums and more rich alums, than any other school not named Texas. (although Vandy likely has more money than anyone, but we all know they don't care about athketics).

Yes, will a small cowdfunded NIL charity in Arkansas start landing 5* after 5*? No, probably not. But it also likely prevents you from having a kicker beg for NIL deals on Twitter or have half your secondary transfer out.

But according to dchog they were asked to leave because the newbies on the bench are better.

Would you prefer the better players on defense to leave? The two that left aren't some irreplaceable talent that cannot be replaced at Arkansas. Did the level of play from them make you lose sleep over it? I didn't because what have they done? They didn't did anything here that would justify a valid complaint when Arkansas could have lost better players to the portal.

It pays to return for your fifth season nowadays. Bumper Pool has signed an NIL deal with Stephens Insurance, according to a news release.

I heard a law firm commercial with Catalon a couple weeks ago. He was actually quite articulate and a good spokesman. He read his lines much cleaner than Drew Morgan did in his ads.

Catalon is well spoken and probably has one of the highest football intelligence on the team.
