Good approach. I think they can build around KJ and worry about QB next year worst case scenario. QB market is insane right now and we have way too many other holes to fill.

Not to mention with getting Ant Hill we only have a 3rd QB depth chart spot open. Assuming he ever lives up to his ranking.

I like the idea of taking juco/D2 guys for qb depth. They’re probably not gonna complain about not getting a starting spot handed to them and never know might find a diamond in the rough with a guy who has a chip on his shoulder.

OM sure lucked out. Can’t remember who their starter was but doubtful he would’ve done as well as Chambliss
I think we’ll see more FCS and D2 transfers with the expanded rosters. A HS kid that isn’t ready isn’t going to stick around for 3 years to develop.
While I don’t like NIL it does seem to have overshadowed HS recruiting which had gotten out of hand. It’ll be interesting to see what the impact is to HS recruits and if we start seeing fewer of them get signed by P4 programs cause all the emphasis is on transfers.
