Now that was a weird time because we were giving people more for cars than what they msrp’d for a year earlier ect. The car market went ape shite for ab 2 years or so. However, I do agree. Subarus do have good resale value.

Been in the business for awhile. Subaru, like most manufacturers, have gone to the CVT transmission. Nissan gets a bad rap for it because they were the first but virtually every good gas mileage vehicles have them now. Jeep, Honda, Toyota, nissan ect. Honestly, this is gonna sound kinda crazy, but for safety and all else incorporated Hyundai and kias are really good vehicles.
I like Subarus. Wife had an ascent for awhile it was just to small for our family. If you’re looking for a long term vehicle just know that, that transmission is gonna go out at some point.

I’m in Arkansas and my deductible is $1500. I’m still waiting on the hvac people’s report as well bc both my up stairs screwed up during the storm. The upstairs unit that is out is like $16k ??
I’m just wondering why I have to pay a depreciation amount. Also, can I get anymore money out of them?
Last question is what is the process once we settle? Do they just send me a check and I get the shite fixed and never hear from them again ect?

House struck by lightning. How to handle insurance company?

My house was struck by lightning a week and a half ago and some things went wrong with it. The adjuster sent out an electrical company to check everything and they are wanting to give me ab $3100 to fix it. Recommended amount was $3800 and then $3100 because of depreciation. How do I argue with these guys to make sure I get enough to handle all of it?

Bottom line is the kid is good. Outside of Nick smith jr he’ll be our highest draft pick since possibly Todd day so 30 yrs! Yes there’s one on the team but we haven’t seen him REALLY play YET.
Just for arguments sake, who in the last 20-25 yrs would you put in front of him as far as ability?

We could do the same we’ve done the last few years. 3-4 seed if we get super hot. It’s possible. This team is starting to play some serious D. Muss’s postgame interviews are sounding more positive which is what has happened the last 3 yrs.
