Davis is in Memphis to see Curry, Henderson and possibly Morris.

Watched him play 2 weeks ago in state semis, very unimpressed. Overweight and out of shape, completely ineffective against a small town all white kids no next level players team.

We need to juice him up then.

Pitt and Stepp to be visiting Savion Williams today. Maybe they can get him and Darin Turner back.

Guess that means Stepp is staying on.

4* OL Andrew Raym from OK has entered the frey. Calls Pittman his second favorite man in the world, only to his dad.

Looks like Pitt is now following Javian Hester. He is Myles Slusher's buddy. Maybe with adding Odom we can get Hester onboard

Is it just me or does it seam like Pitt has done more recruiting in the past 3 days than Chad did the past 3 months?

A bunch of that had to do with the dead in the water feel for Morris right? I agree completely but everyone knew he was on his way out after Miss St.

This is what gives me so much hope for the future here with Pittman. He is a wrecking ball in recruiting and it has alrwdy thrown a wrench into many teams recruiting plans.

And they ain't just dogshit teams.

They may not commit (even though Pitt is apparently as good if a closer as their is) but Oklahoma, Georgia and others are now semi scrambling on guys that little ole Arkansas is now after.

This class could genuinly end up being like Bert's first year where he kind of out of the blue snagged some guys and I think finishef around 23.

If he hires some killer coordinators and can show some hope next year, even if we win only 4 games or so, you could start to really see the shift turn in recruiting.

If you could fill out the line in this class to go with all of the Chad skill guys, and actually get the QB situation straight and ad toughness. There could really be some momentum created.

It just felt like recruiting went dead/stagnate after the spring game to me.

Of course seeing the O-line made a priority instead of a late scramble to fill the roster with warm bodies is a welcome change.

I'd imagine it helps when you don't have to drop from helicopters to get recruits' attention because you're actually a respected coach.
