The skinny: The Arkansas fanbase is incredible excited about what Eric Musselman is building in Fayetteville and the fact that an in state five-star like Smith is the headliner of the class has only whipped them into more of a frenzy. Long, bouncy and creative in the pick and roll, Smith can really score the ball. In Walsh, the Hogs are getting one of the most dynamic athletes in the class. He’s long armed, plays way above the rim and is a magnet for the ball. Another homegrown product, Ford is a pure scorer with a winning pedigree. Headed to Arkansas the 6-foot-7 senior uses his 7-foot-3 wingspan and elite athleticism to cause a lot of problems. When things slow down, though, he can be a bit loose with his ball handling and decision making. Both Phillips and Walsh project as mismatch causing combo forwards on the college level with the potential to play out on the wing at the pro level.
