I wouldn't say he's a victim of high expectations. We're not even meeting the low expectations. Wanting to avoid getting blown out by run of the mill SEC teams isn't exactly asking for the moon.
If we were sputtering about similar to last year I don't think the noise is anywhere near as loud. This year is entirely different. There's something very, very wrong.

This. And it don't seem like Muss really gives a shite. Wouldn't doubt it if he has another job lined up. He seems like he has a short attention span.

I said before that Muss is burning himself out from the portal each season.
You will never know what you will get out of the portal. These players could be good at other programs but that doesn't mean they will be good here. I have noticed some came from really shitty teams, which could explain the bad attitudes.
Nolan would have hated the portal and this team.
