He brought toughness that the others didn't.

The one who is close is Walsh.

He was very crucial in the Kansas win.

Half the elite 8 is made up of teams we have played this year.

Texas - exhibition
SDSU - Maui
Creighton - Maui
UConn - Sweet 16

so, we did just as well as any other SEC team this year in the tourney that matters... Better the last 2 seasons.

I wouldn't trade Muss for any of them.

That Maui field was unreal.

And the team that won it lost to a 15 first round. Sports.

I honest to God think this uconn team is the best team muss has played since he's been here. I don't know how the hell they lost 8 times

Baylor was better. Gonzaga has shot poorly and has hung tough after UCONN landed the first big punch. Defensive rebounding is the key.

Gonzaga has been playing smarter defense against UCONN than we did. Hanging way off Jackson, rushing to double Hawkins. UCONN doesn’t look like that impossible to stop machine tonight.

We played defense against UCONN?

Our effort was there, but strategically it seemed like the way we were playing defense was the worst way to do it.

I think Creighton and SDSU can both beat UCONN because they won’t get abused in the paint like we did. They are good but we made them look better than they are because we never presented a challenge in the paint. Basketball is easy when your opponent never makes you respect them.

No.

UCONN is shooting 37% and 23%. Gonzaga is a terrible defensive team.

A lot of teams “can” beat UCONN.

But they’re top 3 in rebounding, top 12 in defensive efficiency and can shoot lights out. So it’s pretty unlikely. Oh and they’re like 10 guys deep.

They did everything against us which is why we got blown out.

I’ll be shocked if they don’t run away with this one.

Fair but Gonzaga is average. We were straight up poor. UCONN has had a fantastic path to the F4. Sanogo is 1 of 1 though. Dude is a problem.

Alabama/UCONN was gonna be THE game and Bama just straight up shite the bed.

UCONN already spanked Bama. Miller was historically terrible. I just don’t look at it that way.

I think Creighton would have given Bama trouble.

UConn is ridiculous right now. Can beat you every single way.

Sonogo looks like Corliss.

They basically shot 60% and 50%. Not saying we would have won but it was definitely one of those nights. They couldn’t miss.

They’ve missed a ton of wide open shots this half and are still basically in total control.

Confused as anyone how they lost 8 games.

November games are meaningless. Bediako and Clowney would give Sanogo his money’s worth.
