Not that anyone really gives a damn, but hearing Johnson was caught stealing. I mean half the team is "stealing" scholarship money, but with his issues with police earlier as well, he's probably done as a Hog.

truth is simple, we suck. On defense, on Offense, in hustle, in give a damn... We simply suck. That is one of the worst performances since Pel was coach.
We will not be a tourney team without some major change, and muss seems more frustrated than focused. Like he hasn't a clue what to do with this team. And, I am not blaming him... yet....

Am I the only one scratching my head at Jaylin Williams’ game?
He is gifted enough to be a scoring threat down low, but 100% of the time he gets the ball and thinks he is Magic Johnson and looks to dish the rock. Take the damn thing to the hole for crying out loud.
This team is going to get run out of a lot of gyms this season if things don’t change.

We need to throw the kitchen sink at the lineup because what we’re doing isn’t working. Williams almost has to play because we don’t have anyone else with that kind of size. Outside of that everyone should have a short leash. Let some guys like KK have a shot

Elite 8 run. Top 2 recruiting class coming in. I'm totally fine if this years team is a stinker.

I don’t really think he’s a stinker but I think he’s more of a supporting cast and not the main star kinda guy. That’s a good and needed role to fill when you have stars but I don’t really see any of them on the team so far which makes the supporting guys look worse than they are.
I’ve talked about Notae a lot- I do actually like the guy but him being our #1 dude isn’t a good thing. He needs to be the guy that’s occasionally the high scorer not the guy that’s depended on every game for it (when he’s not got the rona that is).

I hope this won't be a pattern. I don't like the portal being used to rebuild a team each year. That could encourage more talented freshmen to not be patient and transfer when a player from the portal shouldn't be taking so many minutes. Muss was very fortunate that Smith and Tate had big years. This year he swung and missed and probably cost Arkansas a tournament bid.
This team just doesn't have any talent with a lot egos that you didn't see last year. Muss may have to rethink treating the portal as a free agency.

Auburn, Bama, LSU and Tenn are going to beat us by 40.

Arkansas is going to get a lot of the red arse whippings this season. Arkansas is looking at most 5 conference wins but that might be generous. They will get better but not enough to make a run. This year feels like Muss first season.
