Isn't he from texas, and his dad a high school coach??
Also otis said that hurts actually had serious interest in Arkansas, but bert had none in him. Paid his own way to watch is in the texas bowl.

It's almost as if Bert wanted our program to die. Hurts was a four star QB. This embarrassing beyond belief.

Someone actually asked him if that was real, and not a joke. He said that sadly it was true. It pretty much shows you how out of touch bert was. He refused to recruit a dual threat QB because he hated the spread so much. He despised "the QB run game", and he would cut his own nose off to spite his face.

Greg Brooks is signing Wednesday. Saw Nikki say to not be surprised if he has hats on the table for us, MSU and Kansas State.

Yeah unless someone unexpectedly doesn’t sign, the only thing we have on Wednesday is the Brooks decision. Everyone else we are looking at aren’t signing until February.

My guess is State since he’s been there last. I’ll be curious to hear the story on him after signing day because for 6 months our side has said he’ll flip and the State side has said there’s absolutely nothing to it. Someone’s been getting bad info the entire time.

Danny just posted that Adonis Otey is now going to sign in February. He hasn’t said the reasoning why but my guess is that it’s not good for us.

Otey & Knox Article Today
Apparently wants to take his 4 other visits with his dad. Speculation is pressure, maybe his parents, to check out all options. But Otey said he’s still fully committed and gave his word to staff he’ll still sign in Feb...Idk if I buy that

Sounds like he’s shopping for a better offer. Danny said he has some folks around him that are telling him to hold off on signing now.
