Just on that trip we partied with Steve McNair, A.I., DMX, Karl Kani, Fat Joe, swam with Mase and Puff Daddy at Wet N Wild, and saw some others from afar. That Wet N Wild day went from great to raw meat on my shoulders with huge water blisters. Just a different sun down there.

Holy shite I forgot about that.

I remember telling McNair we were from Mississippi and he bought us beer.

Good Lord. I miss out on everything. I went on a cruise to Jamaica, the Grande Caymans and Mexico. Got so drunk on the trip from the Grand Caymans to Mexico, that I didn’t even get off of the boat. I was hung over as hell. Didn’t help that Eli Manning had just murdered us the previous day.

Ugh. You're talking about the 2003 game. I was there in person. I was on the 2nd row behind Mississippi Governor Ronnie Musgrove and former Secretary of Agriculture, Mike Espy, who's son was a WR at Ole Miss.

It was brutal.

Thankfully I had a hotel reservation on Beale Street that night so I don't remember much other than the horrific traffic heading into Memphis on I-55.

I’m not a cruise guy. That was the first and only cruise I will ever go on. I felt trapped.

That game was a nightmare. I watched on the ship and I was disgusted. They just kicked our arse. I drowned my sorrows on some kind of 99 bananas drink. Kicked my arse and drained my cruise ship credit card . I had to put more money in. It was awful

Went thru $450 on just drinks thru the whole cruise. I don’t like to play slot machines and gamble, so I just drank and wondered around like a hobo

We go on a cruise every year with about 10-14 adults and about 15- kids ages 17-20.... we have a blast. You definitely have to get the drinking package

Exactly right. The short pass was just about uncatchable.
That was the QBs fault. That type of pass is what separated Tua for most other QBs on the slant route. Tua could through it firm, accurate, but catchable. Bolden made one spectacular catch, too.

How do you get the drinking package and what's the best way to get a good deal?

We are thinking about going on a cruise next Summer.

It's been mentioned multiple times that Slade is very good at finding gaps and slipping through areas on routes from the slot.

He sort of reminds me of H Renfrow. I hope that is the case and if so we will be fine.

Slade reminds me more of Ryan Switzer than Hunter Renfroe. Slade and Ryan are quicker and shiftier than Renfroe, but Renfroe is more technically sound.

Can’t believe they didn’t ask you . It is usually around $50 a day per person for 15 Drinks... if you plan on drinking at least 5 or so drinks a day it is cheaper to do the drinking package ... hence why all the adults on our cruise get the package . Buddy of mine drinks his and makes his wife use some of her drinks for him .... he says it is her “lot in life” We have a blast

Slade Bolden will be another household name that half the people in the state of Alabama will know in a few weeks.

Exactly. If you can score, do it.

If not take what they give and drive the field.

Baker is getting a lot of hype this week from players, as I said, I bet he takes over Waddles spot sooner rather than later, probably gets a lot of playing time this week.

quote:

Battle said freshman WR Javon Baker has the strongest hands on the team and "almost reminds me of an Amari Cooper kind of guy."

Mac Jones brought Baker up during his press conference too.
