Will the OLine be improved this season?

This is the most important unit Bama has. Hopefully things improve ... by a LOT.
Do you think it will be improved? Any reason for the optimism?

I'm new to this board but I posted on the other boards for a few years now.
I think it will be improved some by the first game. I'm optimistic that we show continued improvement as the season progresses.

yes they will be improved unless injuries get us.
They moved the ball pretty well in the last scrimmage and did OK in the first scrimmage other than the start. A couple of our coaches have made positive comments about the O line. Better tight ends will help. Hopefully the running backs and receivers will also be better. That will help the O line.
I dont see how the running backs could be worse.

The line was ok (not good, not awful) in pass protection last year. The running game was the horror show.
By all reports the OL appear to be in better physical condition at this point in the year. Hopefully we will set a clear 5 that we can stick with, that should help.
RB and TE are also a part of it. Josh Ford should help in the run game. RBs... it's hard to imagine they're worse, but I also have not seen anything from Hill or Riley that makes me think they have significant upside beyond what they've shown. Hill is fine as a rotational piece, I even like him as a 3rd down back in pass pro and he has good hands, but if he's getting 15+ carries that's a bad sign. But who else do we have with AK Dear going down? We just have to hope Crowell gets healthy and either him or Brown is the truth as a freshman.

Improved by default.
I do think it will be better, one of the best in the SEC? Probably not but not the absolute worst like last year. I will say middle of the pack SEC which is plenty good enough

Yes. Bama had the worst Oline ive seen here in 25 years. Even a bad season is an improvement

Hopefully? Who knows. I like what I’ve heard and seen of Klemm. We’ll see soon enough.

Worse would be Shula-era level. shite in one hand and wish in the other until we see exponential improvement running the ball.
