He has relied on that devastating right hand too much.

Absolutely. There were several times he could have backed up Fury with jabs but never did. Wilder is always looking for that one punch. With someone like Fury that won’t get it done. Wilder needs better footwork and learn how to disguise that power punch and not be so easily baited

Yep. First fight Fury easily ducked a right cross that he KNEW was coming. I would have thought Wider might add a good uppercut to his repertoire. Apparently he didn’t. Too much raw emotion and not enough boxing.

I was pulling for Wilder, but I have to admit after watching that fight. I am huge Fury fan now. He is absolutely hilarious. Coming out of the locker room with a crown and mantle being carried by 4 women to the song Crazy by Patsy Cline. Then his karaoke of American Pie after the fight was hilarious. Compare that to Wilder looking like he was going to a masquerade ball and the never-ending rapper.

There isn't a bigger Wilder fan than me but this is a horrible cop out.

His camp was woefully unprepared for an aggressive style from Fury (which he'd been telling them for months he was going to do.)

Bad, bad look. Admit you got out-prepared and learn from Y O U R mistake.

Wilder needs to make wholesale changes to his camp. Breland or Deas or both need to go and Wilder needs to bring a trainer that's used to working with HW's. Breland is is too timid in the corner when Wilder needs someone in his face.

I don't buy the thinking that Wilder can't add more to his bag of tricks. He's a world class athlete. He just needs to dedicate himself to depending on more than just that devastating power. He showed against Stiverne in the first fight he can box when he wants to.

Wholesale changes or same outcome in the trilogy fight.

Yeah, he needs to come out with a public statement apologizing for making such a weak excuse, and not taking his L like a man.

Wilder is the Bronze Butterbean - no skills, just a big right hand.

That ring entrance by Fury compared to Wilder's had me pulling for the Gypsy King to. He's hilarious crazy & a mad man with his singing dancing & licking Wilder's blood like he said he would. He's just 31 so he has a chance to have a long reign as champion.

Wilder can change, Rocky became a southpaw in like 15 minutes.

If you give up 50 lbs. to your opponent, you'd better be a helluva lot better boxer...not worse.

Wilder just fired the trainer that threw in the towel.. he should have been thanking him. I’m really starting to like Fury more and more. You never know someone’s true colors until they are faced with adversity.. now we blaming ring attire being too heavy and firing a guy that saved his life. He’s kinda coming off as bitch now

Where are you seeing he’s fired him? I’ve seen several reports saying he’s considering it, but as of earlier today wilder said he would make a decision on breland after his trip to Africa.

Must be mixed reports.. just google wilder fired and a ton of articles will pop up. The fact that he is even considering it is a disgrace in itself. The guy saved his life.. let him go out on a stretcher next fight it will be his last one anyways if he doesn’t learn to box.
