One thing I know, our defense will keep us in it. We need the offense to operate. Take TOP, score, don’t give up easy/cheap points. Just keeping a nice time of possession will help mitigate Auburns attempts at some BS play.

Did you see the other guys that tried PATs? We are clearly not in a good spot there.

This alone should be a fireable offense. Most AL large high school teams have 2 relatively decent kickers.

I was quite conflicted as he lined up for the 59 yarder in Lambeau in Nov (relatively cold weather, but not freezing cold weather) and the game close.

I couldn’t root against him though as my wife knows him and the family, so I was hoping he made it and Packers win anyway, which is what happened. Would have been good from 65 in Lambeau…kid is money!

Just continue to support Talty, no matter how we feel about his performance.

I am never in favor of booing players. With that said, these guys aren't students any more. They are paid to perform a job so I can understand fans' frustration when there is a poor showing.

Is it 4 down territory once we cross the 50 in the IB?

I feel like DeBoer trotted Notaro out there to prove the point.

I felt like that too at the game, he shouldn't play to the crowd because they booed.

Our 4th down conversation rate is better than Talty's FG percentage, but it'll obviously depend how far we have to go on any 4th down on fAU's side of the field.

now that you can have like 6000 kids on scholarship, carrying 2 kickers shouldnt be a problem

It was literally just the students booing Talty. Obviously he’s in his head now, so booing really doesn’t help.

Alabama is 3-0 on the road vs SEC teams this year, including 2 vs ranked (#s 5 & 14) teams who were healthy. They’ve been here essentially for 2 full seasons now.

Yes, AU will be more intense, but the team will not be as good, though they could be a 9-2 team if everything had not broken against them in dramatic ways vs OU and UGA and they lost to Vandy & Mo in OT. But Alabama is a better team but they must play well to win.

Well.... I mean when things goes bad they boo him, but when he's doing well, nobody is praising him.

There's a whole thread praising him.
