He has to take some of those open fields though, even if they end with a 6 yard gain and a slide. Especially on early downs to keep us ahead of the chains.

I totally expected it! shite man, we had a generational type offense.

I look at this years team and see what I expected to see. Lots of new faces out there finding their way. The O has played a little better than expected and the D a little worse. I do see potential for this team to make a run but I am not having those expectations. I will enjoy watching them grow and come together to form their own version of the Crimson Tide.

Our offense was our best defense last year. We scored so prolifically that our opponent had to play one dimensional to even attempt to stay in the game. So it was hard to tell how good they were.
