And replace him with who? Waiting another 2-3 years to install a new scheme, build and recruit around it, while suffering setbacks in recruiting after a down 2026 year, no thanks.

You sounds like the Georgia fans that wanted to keep Richt instead of hire Kirby Smart.........I've seen enough to believe we could do just as well with someone else if he chose to leave. I rarely based decisions just based on the devil I know because its most comfortable.

Who? It's one thing to say someone else could have the success Deboer has had at BAMA and another yo name some names.
Who do you think would go 20-8 in his 1st two seasons?

You cross that bridge when you get there based on the circumstances at that time. But I am not going to have a "Mark Richt" mindset and sit back scared to make a change if needed. Georgia would never be where they are today if they had just sat on their hands and been happy with Richt.

They'd never have gotten there without him either. He didn't leave the cupboard empty as Saban did.
