20 points allowed and scored 10 points of their own.

Yet again, fire the DC, bc yet again he held the SEC opponent to 20 points.
UK/Georgia/UT/A&M averaged 19.2ppg in those 4 games.
They also SCORED 21 points of their own.
Also, with an offense that gives up 3-9 points by turning it over deep on their own territory.
Bama is now 26-1 when the offense has scored 21+ points in a game

Bend dont break is not a good look for me. But this D only works if the O brings their game like we are in the 4th quarter. Just look at the two losses we have had

Soft coverage and absolute refusal to adjust. Kiffin will throw a ton of those slants and quick passes at us. We’ll see if Wommack continues to be stubborn when that happens.

I’m glad you’re happy with the bend but (hopefully) don’t break defense. We will see how it does against LSU.

#5 extended both of A&M’s scoring drives with PI on 3rd down.
EXACT same thing as the Georgia game and once against UT.
They are also missing several impact players or #5 wouldn’t even be out there.
Bottomline, with an inept/sandlot style offense that gives the opponent 12-14 possessions per game on the regular (only Vanderbilt has faced more possessions from the opponent).
And yet they STILL hold opponents to 20 points week in and week out and everyone LOVES to overlook the 7-10 points they SCORE every single week.

You are the EPITOME of the fans I’m taking about who constantly bash the defense when all they do is hold the opponent to 20 and score 10 of their own while defending 11.7 possessions per game (2nd most in the SEC).
#5 is responsible for half of the 20 points they allow every week too.

So losing 20-17 to Georgia was bc “the defense doesn’t work”?
More like, this defense finds a way to keep this ABOMINATION of an offense in every game.
They literally drug the team to the SECCG last year kicking and screaming.

In this era, I have no issue with only giving up 20 points. That being said, any other team today would have scored a lot more.
Not upset with Wommack so far but not happy with our defense either. More annoyed with our offense.

Refusal to adjust?
Then why can’t a single SEC opponent ever manage to score over 24 points against them but only twice (counting last week when 9 points were the offense’s fault) in the last 17 Conference games?
They have also forced 7 more turnovers than any defense on the Conference (2nd nationally).
They have scored a TD in 4 of their SEC games of their own while forcing 3.8 turnovers in SEC games this year.
Name ONE game Bama has EVER lost under Wommack that was the fault of the defense since the 2024 Vandy Game?
(Then Wommack scrapped the 4-2-5 after that loss).
Again name ONE

Stop downvoting and ANSWER the question.
How does losing 20-17 to Georgia (with an INEPT offense) prove that “the defense doesn’t work?
Actually answer

Dudes are playing their arse’s off….missing 3 of their 6 best players and the offense puts them on the field more often than ANY SEC TEAM other than Vandy.
They lead the SEC in turnovers (#2 in the nation) and have SCORED the most points on Defense than any team in all of CFB.
How is leading the nation forcing takeaways and defensive points scored “bend but don’t break”?

Will you come on here and put your head between your legs and kiss your own arse and apologize for 3 years of criticism, complaining, and blaming when Bama holds LSU in the 20’s?

Texas A&M was held to 6 points by Missouri 2 weeks ago, and 6 by LSU as well.
They shredded us until the 4th quarter.

How is shutting out Georgia in the 2nd half AND scoring defensively in ATHENS (also the fewest yards per carry in Kirby’s career at Georgia) last year, and then holding them to 20 this year with an offense that puts them on the field 11.8 possessions per game an example of how “this defense only works if the offense can control the clock”?
If you haven’t noticed, our offense goes 3-n-out so fast that you would think it’s a race.
Again, be a man and ANSWER the question

Alot? Like who?
The only team this season that's scored "alot" more than 20, is FSU.
You think LSU can score "alot" more than A&M scored today? Maybe, but more likely they're held to 28 or below. That's not "alot".
