Andy Kennedy is a mediocre coach. He’s worse than Avery. As soon as he left, Ole Miss got better. Wouldn’t want him near our program.

Whenever the time comes, I’d like to see Alabama do what Ole Miss did and go after someone with a resume similar to what Kermit Davis built at MTSU. I think chances are much more reasonable for a coach of that caliber to come to Alabama than a good one either currently or previously at a big time basketball school (think Thad Matta).

I'd rather keep Avery over firing Avery and hiring Kennedy.

To date Avery is about a 6 out of 10. If you want to fire him, it would be useless unless we could acquire at least an 8/10 level coach.
Andy Kennedy is not on that level.

Prohm inherited a good program that thrives on gym rats. He could've been Mark Gotfired Part Deux at Bama.

I like Patrick Belein.

He's a hell of a coach despite the obvious baggage. I wouldn't be upset. He's steadily improved every program he's ever been at.
