Just in the regular season.

LSU or Auburn?

Im going with Auburn. Their offense is better than LSU's. There is the rivalry factor. They also have a great defense this year.

LSU. Only because it's on the road.

A toss up and both worry me. LSU on the road probably at night or AU rival game where all stats and rankings coming into the game mean very little. But if I had to pick AU because they look like a better team across the board. LSU is still one dimensional even LF

Both games are a concern. They are both playing really well and peaking at the right time.

I think these are our two toughest games of the whole regular season and both will take a great effort from Bama. AU actually scares me a little more right now. Their defense is legit and their offense is getting in a rhythm.

Auburn has a great OL and a very good defense. Their skill players are shite, but that is masked by their superiority up front and their willingness to start working some of the more talented young kids like Eli Stove, Freshman from Niceville, FL, into the rotation. Stove was a WR that got some carries on jet sweeps I guess, this weekend in destroying Arkansas. Everybody was ready to bury Auburn at the beginning of the year, but I knew better. Not because I saw any potential, but because I've been around long enough to know they are like cockroaches with body armor. Their talent screamed 5-7, but it's Auburn, so now halfway through the year, it's easy to see 9-3 as a likely finish. That is Auburn, that is their luck or pact with the Devil, whichever you prefer to think.

LSU has more overall talent. Ogre will whip them into an emotional frenzy for our game and they will come at us like a banzai charge. In Death Valley at night. We'd better be ready to withstand the storm. I thought after the first couple of weeks our schedule was front loaded. How wrong I was. Just gotta continue taking them one game at a time.

LSU and it's not close.

LSU's OL, RB, WR are elite, if they get decent QB play they will be tough to stop. Probably the best OL Bama has faced this year. Their D is loaded. Probably don't have the DL that Auburn has, but overall they will be the best D Bama will play this year. Bama's only advantage in this game is coaching.

Auburn's offense doesn't impress me, Bama will dominate that OL. Auburn's DL will be a problem, but their LB and DB are nowhere near the caliber of LSU's.

White can't throw very well and all they do is run run run. They won't run on us like they did Arky. They will have to get creative. LSU is a harder game IMO.

@LSU

It's on the road and they have more talent on their squad than Auburn does.

It may be the wine, but...

I feel like if Bama's D plays like it has all season and the O is ok, like againt the Aggie's.. then it will be a 10 point or so win against either Lsu or Auburn. If the O progresses and Lane doesn't butcher red zone play calling, I think Bama is 20 points better than either. I actually like Bama better on the road though. They seem more focused, so if I had to say one is going to be more difficult, I'd say the Auburn game at home.

I think both will be challenges but that we matchup pretty well with both.

LSU will have to reverse engineer Mac's 2011 BCS Title gameplan and Etling will have to be flawless. We'll contain their run because that's what we do and we'll get after their QB on play action. They'll have to be precise on short stuff consistently to do much offensively. On the other side, I really don't know. It's not as simple as "stack the box" because we aren't just running dive plays, we are running option, counter, power, reverses, etc.

Auburns dline will be formidable, but I think we'll lock down their offense. No QB run threat and an average arm. It will be a physical war.

Both games will be tough.

LSU. They actually have decent WR's and it's away.

Auburn is one demensional and they lost to A&M pretty handily.

Auburn has been the bigger thorn in our side over Saban's time here.

With a dual threat QB. Sean White is about as much of a dual threat QB as Greg McElroy.
