Even before BamaK was Colonel Crimson, from the early days of the internet sports forums.
Course, the best first insider on Alabama boards was Kirk McNair. His site was originally called SuperBama (not to be confused with the poster of the same name), and then BamaMag forum. His print version of Bama Magazine dated from at least the early 90s and I think about the mid 80s.
Rodney Orr of TI and Lucky (Shannon Terry) of the original BOL were also fairy connected in the early www sports board days, and probably moreso now.
