Some of them also think Cochran would go with Pruitt.

Definitely not, Smart is one of his closest friends and he chose the outrageous salary over him.
Would be interesting to see with DC, would Saban give Tosh the title outright or hire another Co-DC? Or just hire an ILB Coach?

He has a 2nd interview today but most of them want Tee. We shall see.

If you're going to hire a coordinator, why not hire Steele who has experience as a HC?

Probably not hiring Steele BECAUSE of his experience as a head coach. It wasn't pretty at Baylor. Hard selling 9-36 to a fan base.

I would be surprised if they hire JP, and I’d be shocked id he got assistants from Bama to make a lateral move (not even) to UT.

Steele, and the Ga DC have already had 2 interviews. Phil Savage said he thinks it will be someone that will listen to Fulmer and let Fulmer mentor the head coach. Not sure that Pruitt would allow someone to tell him what to do. He is too head strong. Tee Martin would be perfect if Fulmer wants to control the head coach.

If the Vols hire Pruitt, it will be a mistake. I really don't believe he is ready for a big job like that. This will be a disaster for them. I'm shocked
