However, if he can somehow figure out a way to just get a tick faster..

Damien Harris did it. He stopped getting tackled from behind his last season, and looked more than a step faster. Had several long breakaway runs that last season.

Yep - he absolutely did

I honestly did not think there was any chance Najee came back. I'm starting to get a lil excited baws.

I’d love the 1-2 punch of Harris and Sanders, maybe use Keilan as a Drake-type back or on punt/kick returns

That wasn’t his last season, that was his Jr year in which he had multiple long runs. He didn’t have as many his senior year. His ypc went from a 7.4 to 5.8. Also even in his sophomore year he had multiple long runs. He just needed to get a smidge faster which he did. Najee needs to get more than a smidge faster.

Done deal, for sure, but also a very fluid situation, certainly.

I'm not getting suckered in this time.

Low expectations are the key to a happy life, anyway...

I like Brian Robinson, but if he ends up being the greatest 4th string guy of all time then I can deal with it.

Saint deserves credit for never falling for the Barnett hype. He was never wild about getting him.

Brian Robinson did not have the year we thought he would have! Now we have a healthy Trey, Najee, and elite frosh Mclellan, and kelian.... lookout! This might be the best backfield in the country

Brian Robinson is a good RB but not great nor will he be great. The fanbase start the BS this time every year about which player is going to be IT for the coming season. Bama needs a RB with some elite speed to go with 24. A-Day should give us a good read on who has potential.

He’s 100% percent staying unless he decides to go pro. There’s a 58.9% chance that happens

I think Kyle Henderson basically just runs with whatever he hears, but the "just show up at practice" thing made LOL because multiple people in this thread have basically joked that Harris was going to do that

NewJanuary 10th update

A+ source tells me Najee is meeting with his family this weekend to decide. Source tells me Najee could make an announcement or just show up at practice.

Robinson turned in a 4.41 forty during spring testing two years ago. Fastest among running backs. He is an elite athlete.
