Feels like every game Bama needed to go one way has gone the other way for a month. We finally get an “upset” tonight and it’s the one we didn’t want. Crazy.

Alright, it’s simple. We need to win tomorrow and we need FSU, Texas or Michigan to lose.

Alabama wins and they are in. If Texas/FSU wins then the Longhorns will be screwed. They are no. 7 and they play Ok St. That isn’t a win worthy enough to make them jump FSU but a conf title alone will push them ahead of Ohio St.
Bama beating the no. 1 team will catapult us past Texas and Ohio St into the 4 spot.
Texas is not in a good position without FSU and Bama both losing.
Head to head is a big factor but not the end all be all. A win over UGA is enough. That’s my opinion at least…I hope we get to be in that position to begin with. A win won’t come easy.
At the end of the day if chalk holds outside of the Bama game now it’s us vs Texas…and it comes down to who can you not leave out? Someone’s getting screwed but who can you absolutely not leave out? It’s Bama.
I definitely could be wrong. This isn’t an exact science. It’s different humans giving their opinions. Just a gut feeling.
Hey I was also one of the few that knew for certain we’d get in over Ohio St in 2017. I had zero doubt. Most media members, Oh St fans and even a lot of Bama fans thought we’d never get in after losing to Auburn.
Let’s hope we can bring it home tomorrow. I’m pretty nervous. All of this hand wringing is meaningless if we can’t get a W.
