Jalen Green set up his 5 official visits. We weren’t one of them so I guess we’re out. I’ll remove him from the targets list.

It’s basically Nimari Burnett or bust now. Maybe we could convince Timberlake but I doubt it. I think we’ll end up with Burnett and then some random 3-star like Rongie Gordon (who’s still good).

Not making excuses, but how much of a shot did we really have with a recruit that is less than 30 minutes from WVU's campus.

I don’t think there’s any reason for excuses needing to be made. They’ve done well so far generating interest in our program. I just think some of us got the inevitable reality check that he’s not going to be able to JUST pull kids in through out working other coaches.

A little off topic but how many paid assistants can Oats have? Just wondering why he couldn't have kept Pett and still hired Bucky.

Bama better come out firing this season & get us on the map with recruits or else this is going to get ugly. If Oats misses on Burnett and we get some no name 3-star, that rocks the depth
