I think that’s the first really good game he’s had this year.

Four games ago he got 9 rebs, 5 assists, 12 points vs Houston.
Two games before that he got 14 rebs and 10 points vs Oklahoma.
He also had a game earlier in the year where he got 13 rebs, and 17 points vs Penn.
He has had a few other games where he missed having a double double by one point or one rebound.
He is having a good year.
He has really stepped up his rebounding, he is averaging 7 rebs a game this year.

Yeah, Dazon would not be much help at all in this system imo.

Hot take: Giddens may be the most missed transfer from last year’s roster.

Not the greatest player in the world and a walking foul, but at least teams would have to fear him in the paint (whether it was getting blocked or body slammed). As much as I think Galin has a great attitude and seems like a good kid, I can’t stand when he’s on the court. Clogs the lane with no real advantages of having him out there. Davis may not be a shot-blocker, but I will never agree with Smith starting over Davis. That’s the only thing Oats does that I don’t really agree with.

Of course Mack is an obvious argument as well, and the one that makes the most sense with his skill set, but it’s crazy that we miss having a player like Giddens.

No. 4 and undefeated Auburn looks to continue its winning ways when they take on Alabama on Wednesday (9 ET, ESPN2).

Since late-February of last season, the Tigers are 27-1, the lone loss coming against Virginia in last season's Final Four.

We are going to lose this game by 50 and have multiple players quit the team at halftime. Hopefully this counteracts some of that bullshite positivity.
