2 weeks...staff better prepare whoever is #2...have them ready to go with the understanding Ty is going to have a very short leash.

That offensive abomination yesterday cannot be repeated.

Yep. This is 2017 Jalen Hurts level bad quarterbacking. At least at the end of 2017. Ty is just a complete head case right now.

If Deboer rides Ty all the way to another loss over Oklahoma then hes a dead man walking next year. This game is beyond winnable with one of our backups

Yep. LSU almost beat Oklahoma a couple of weeks ago with freaking Michael Van Buren at quarterback.

Our backups have never taken a meaningful snap against a power 4 team.

Because LSU can run the ball.

We ran the ball fairly effectively against Oklahoma in round one. We just can't spot them points again.

I hope Jam and Cuevas are ready then.

I'd give Ty all next week off...recover physically and reset. At this point more reps isn't going to be the answer for him.

Use that week to rep the heck out of the #2.

Then a normal week of practice for Ty leading up to the game.

The leash has to be short and a change made no later than halftime if he's not getting the job done.

And ty Simpson can’t complete a 3 yd pass, is good for atleast one turnover à game, and has a massive negative cloud hanging over him.

Maybe we take a chance on an unknown commodity over à consistently d- known?

LSU is actually worse than us on offense. That was the reason why Brian Kelly got fired.

At this point, they can't be any worse than our starter

Well considering we rushed for -3 yesterday, I don’t have much optimism unless Grubb goes back to the drawing board.

I'd hire you.

Because Nussmeier was a statue. They’re more dynamic with Van Buren, but too rough around the edges to be efficient. Van Buren just doesn’t have the experience.

LSU also has injury issues at wide receiver. I know that Aaron Anderson didn’t play against OU because he was injured.

I will admit Ty’s biggest limiting factor is his deep ball accuracy and seeing over the line. I know Mack has an arm and is 6’-6”, but we’ve never seen him pressured.

Highly doubt Deboer has the balls to insert a backup QB. He is partially delusional and partially hard headed.
