Blaming the guy who threw a bad picks six, followed that up with bad sacks and fumbles from holding the ball too long and also threw two horrible passes the kill the game to WIDE OPEN wrs is silly?

Man pretend his name is "Milroe" so we can get an actual objective reaction

Preach.

The defense has won us the past 3 games.

Ty is a damn good QB. May not be Heisman caliber, but he's solid, certainly more than average. It'd help if the OL didn't do theur turnstile impression at the worst possible moments, or if the OC called better plays.

Hard to say that these days.

He has no deep ball, holds the ball too long, is fumble prone, his accuracy is about to be south of 65%, mentally collapses under pressure.

I think hes average overall with a large difference between his on and off games. Def not below average though.

Your selective memory is really something.

You’re aware that Ty’s completion % in conference play is lower than Milroe’s, right?

The biggest thing with Ty lately is the turnovers. He went from none to at least 1 a game. It’s killing us. I know sometimes the OL doesn’t block well but at the end of the day we had a ton of turnovers.

He's a complete fricking headcase.

And it really doesn't help when his OC has zero sense of playcalling rhythm.

Going 3 and out on the second to last drive was completely inexcusable.

The defense bailed us out time and again. Grubb is responsible for every single 3 and out today. Total fricking disaster

Post of the year material. Very well said.

23 touchdowns and two interceptions isn’t in Milroes bag

Apparently it was considering he went 23/6 in 2023.

6 = 3 * 2

I do love the melt now that's trying to equate Ty to Milroe though

Ty literally had a miltoe game today

This one takes the cake.

Milroe at OU: 11/26, 164 yards, three interceptions
Milroe at Michigan: 16/32, 192 yards, one touchdown one pick

Milroe is not here.

Why the hell do you guys need to find comfor in hating this dude? He is gone.

Right now Ty is playing bad like Milroe last year and needs to wake up because we swim or drown with his accuracy

Last three games

73/120
60.8 completion %
4 TD
1 INT
3 Fumbles lost

Very Milroe-esq but Milroe would have another 150+ yards on the ground and some rushing TDs mixed in.

We're not bringing Milroe into this discussion. Y'all are, and you're making wildly poor comparison of the two

Good lord relax
They got a lucky pick 6
2 brutal fumbles
We could have easily won this by 2 or 3 touchdowns

Lucky pik 6?? - Great call on the blitz by the OU coach. Free blitz by the LB into Ty's face. OG (75) and RT (64) missed the blocking adjustment they should have made. Safety crashing down on Horton wrapped his right arm and hit him when the ball was still 2-1/2 ~ 3 yards away. Ty threw the ball inside (to pull horton in front of the crashing safety. The only other choice Ty could have made is sail the throw out of bounds. He made a good read but the officials missed the call.

Ty strip fumble. Ty looked to be hearing footsteps out there but attempted to ignore them. Speed rush around RT was ugly much of the game. Ty was stepping up under it. #10 LB coming LT/LG gap completely blew past Jam who should have picked him up. Ty did not even have time to throw the ball away. When you are hearing footsteps and attempting to ignore them but the pass pro is so bad the strikers get to you before you can set to throw, there is nothing he could have done.

WIth the pass rush OU was bringing and the pass coverage attmpting to take way the short ~ intermediate passing game, there was no real time to throw deep. Ty's passing was not as crisp as I like to have seen and he did miss several throws that they needed, I thought he actually played reasonably well against what he was facing.

I was very hard on Ty immediately after the game. I’m not going to retract that, he did hurt us in key moments, I will simply say I flared in the heat of the moment.

He is by no means average. Again, I do not believe he’s healthy physically or emotionally right now.

An actual, reasoned, intelligent analysis.

Are you sure you’re in the right place? Most of these morons don’t know a thing past the final score and they’ve done a great job of proving it in this thread.

Nice to see someone who gets it right, well done.

Ty is trying to force things. He needs to chill out.
