I can’t believe people are taking this thread seriously.

I honestly don't understand folks who want to use this board to promote a specific agenda of theirs. Why is it so important to them to promote one player as opposed to cheering and supporting the team as a whole?

I'm an Alabama fan. I don't care if a syphilitic zombie is our QB as long as we win.

In 2017 Tua had 77 passing attempts for 11 touchdowns and 2 turnovers.

77 attempts -- 2 turnovers.

11 TD's -- 2 turnovers.

1 turnover every 38.5 attempts.

Yep, he's a real turnover machine.

He didn't look like a turnover machine to me in the title game

Honest answer? You have a group of so called grown men that use college football as a measuring stick of success in their lives at least to some extent. This fanbase is the most entitled fanbase in college football (my name is to make fun of this) and it shouldn't be, it's absolutely pathetic that such a successful program has small minded simpletons to cheer it on and it has become divided to the point of you either like my favorite QB or you're an apologists.

That's because he isn't a TO machine, he is a gun slinger and statistically they will throw more INTs, also if we are being unbiased Tua did get away with a few in the Title but I suppose luck is part of the game. I'd still rather have Tua in than Hurts, hopefully he doesn't actually become a TO machine.

Tua made a throw against Vandy that not many college qb can throw for a completion. He made a throw in the championship game that not that many would make plus how many would have froze the safety.

I vote that he starts.
