Duke vs Baylor at MSG was announced. Sounds like Scheyer is interested in changing the Coach K scheduling model. Duke may be playing some bigger road games in the near future.

Good game coming in December. I spoke w/ Scheyer recently and he said he's determined to have Duke play a lot of high-profile non-con games (some home-and-home, some neutral, but H-&-H is a priority) against blueblood and/or top-25-level opponents. Arizona also on the docket.

What I’ve read / seen speculated is that seats will have a donation requirement of $12,500 per seat payable over x number of years.

I understand that's the minimum "donation," payable over 5 years to then be able to pay Tide Pride and ticket fees. Floor seats require a donation of $250,000 per seat. I do hope there will be some rafter seats (for me) that do not require $12,500 ($1,250 a year, $208.33 a month) because we have only about 6,000 basketball Tide Pride members and, I think, about 2,000 freebee seats for students. So a 10,500 seat arena should allow for about 2,500 cheap seats for a guy to take his family or a friend to a game. I hope so anyway. "What's in your wallet?"

Yea, no way I can pay all of that. That'll be disappointing when I lose the tickets for sure. I guess I should really enjoy the next 3 years.

Alabama Basketball Newcomer Breakdown: Mohamed Wague (SI)

Wague, a transfer from West Virginia, was a late addition that will give the Crimson Tide very solid frontcourt depth and lots of potential for future development.

I wonder if adding Nelson, who has some actual post moves and is a competent passer, will change that post up possession number. I bet it will and our offense is going to look a bit different this year even if the end result of the possessions (close 2s and 3s) stays the same.

I just updated all of the recruiting rankings and info on the first page for the 24, 25 and 26 classes. Quite a bit of movement in the 24 and 25 classes.

It will and you'll see more shots out to 10 ft as well.

That's awesome, man.

I forget sometimes to go back to that, but it's a great resource.

Thanks again for all that you do.

No problem at all - I enjoy the page one updates tbh. Not only does it help me keep track of all of our targets, but it’s interesting to see when guys climb/fall in the rankings or when they have a position switch that can change things up a bit for each position.

I also like when a guy goes from a 0* without a rating to finally being rated. For instance, Tyler Jackson in the 25 class wasn’t rated at all this time last month and now all of the sudden he’s the #1 PG in his class and #10 overall as a 5* prospect. We offered him back in April, so it’s cool to see that our staff offered an unranked kid with no clout on 247 three months ago that turned out to be one of the best players in his entire class. That’s just one example of the staff being able to scout guys when they see them, even if it was probably super obvious to anyone that saw him three months ago that he was going to be a big fish.

Chase McCarty from Huntsville in the 24 class is a big riser in the last three or four months. He was ranked around 170 and is now sitting at 78 overall. We’ve been on him for over a year now.

I like not only as a Bama fan but also as a CBB fan. Who knows how many talented youngsters have been undersold by recruiting services over the years, but street ball is helping recruits get more exposure

Hard works been paying off, love to see it

That really is fascinating. And continuing to use him as an example, he's currently only got offers from Alabama, Cal, DePaul, George Mason, and Illinois.

Reminds me a lot of when Sexton exploded in HS.
