This is where that rule you mentioned should prevent it. Not sure how he'd be allowed to transfer to Auburn without the rule being viewed by the entire SEC as a total joke.

All the NBA guys seem to think he's staying in the draft.
TBH I'm not sure why he wouldn't stay in the draft. I'm not sure how his draft stock could get much higher than it is now. Biggest question mark for him was shooting and last year proved that with a very good year from deep.
I guess he could exhibit more proof on higher volume? Or maybe he's looking to duck this draft class?
