Article on BamaHammer.com

You mean opinion piece from a clown. FanSided is awful and has no credibility. Multiple insiders have already debunked the RG “rumor” that people started spreading because of a typo.

I wouldn't get to attached to anyone honestly. Its what they created when they made the transfer portal.

I doubt Griffen or Pringle are going anywhere. Definitely not trusting a BamaHammer article or whatever that place is called

It did and after we lost, I haven't watched another second of the tournament. Just pisses me off again.

I'm really not sure I'm going to have any energy to emotionally invest in anything offseason wise or even the regular season. I'll still love them and watch and want them to win, but in the end what does any of it matter if we shite our pants in March like we have every year for 100 seasons now?

sigh

You will though, because we're all trapped in an abusive relationship with Alabama basketball. It will never change, but we will stick around because we have convinced ourselves that it might.

Not sure - this feels a lot like the early 2000s Braves where the regular season was just kind of a emotionless experience that you refused to believe in because you knew what as around the bend in October. At least for me.

Being in that arena Friday and the walk out after was about as low as I've felt in terms of Alabama sports in years. Watching it all play out to this team in the exact way it played out to so many other Alabama teams was like watching a sadistic murder in slow motion.

Yeah this loss was very crushing. I know we can get back and past the Sweet 16 but damn. This could have been a truly special year.

Honestly, I was in your boat for a few days after our loss. The only thing that snapped that feeling was my love for CBB and the game of basketball in general.

Basketball was my first love in sports, I was the best player around my block, kinda the first game I truly understood.

I'm still watching the Final Four (although with LOADS of salt ), for the love of the game.

I feel you but I'm sure I'll put myself through it again. Can't help myself.

Bama Basketball gets us all riled up only to end up feeling disappointed

They're probably one of the best emotional rollercoasters to experience

If someone can make one of those cycle meme charts on Alabama basketball, I'll give you a gold star

It was a hugely disappointing loss for sure. But I just can't bring myself to get super worked up over tournament results. Don't get me wrong, I'm sad and disappointed about the outcome, but the tournament is just so random.

I find myself excited that for the first time in a long time, I feel like we have a coach that will consistently have us in the tourney and competitive. Many more chances to come.

We're in a much better spot as a program now than the past few decades and despite a couple of disappointing showings in March, we've climbed to the top tier in the SEC in a very short amount of time. Eventually things will go right in the tournament but as long as Oats is our HC, idk how fans can't be excited for the future after dealing with what we've witnessed before Oats arrived.

Nimari Burnett told @NextRoundLive it was a "very tough decision" to enter portal and, "it wasn’t like I was super disgruntled and hated everything."

Burnett acknowledged "it was times [relationship with Oats] wasn't super good," but "no hard feelings."

Asked if he would be open to returning to Alabama, Burnett said, "The door is open. If conversations were to be had, and I was accepted with open arms.”

Burnett said he anticipates a grad transfer to be able to play right away. "I’ve collected enough credit — we’ll see how those credits transfer to the next place I go to. Kind of getting that done over the summer and going from there.”
