Ok, it's been a few days. I'm ready for next year!

I'll never quit it.

Don't love Burnett leaving (unless coaches know something we don't).

Is there a 6% chance Clowney comes back?

Keyon Menifield

The 2nd shot he took on his highlight video was a floater and the 3rd one was an 8ft pull up jumper. He's not allowed on the roster. :)

He's got some quickness and shake to him. He didn't get as many minutes against the better teams earlier in the season. Didn't score a point in 2 games against UCLA but dropped 21 on Arizona their 2nd game against each other. Looked like he got more time and freedom the 2nd half of the season. Interesting player.

Gonna need to see who all stays and who we pick up. I think we need to get another point guard and really wish Clowney would come back. I doubt he will but we can hope. If we lose Miller, Clowney and Q, we've got a lot of scoring to replace. Walton was a good pick up.

Walton and Denver jones are from Alabama. We’re bringing em home

Walton is from Columbus, GA (close enough) but went to juco in Tuscaloosa.

He also played High school Bball in Montgomery.

I believe he was saying he'd rather have the guy from Washington than Denver Jones. Not Walton. But, then again, the UW guy and Jones aren't similar either.

Only for sweet sixteen disappointment in March

We’re all in agreement that making the sweet 16 next year after losing Brandon and Clowney would be an incredible achievement, right? It’s going to be very hard to not take a step back next year.

Regardless of the tourney disappointment, this year’s team was incredible at so many things, including team chemistry. Clearly don’t expect to be a 1 seed, but even a top 4 seed would be pretty remarkable.

Walton was at Georgia two years, rarely playing. Then in 21-22 he went to Shelton State CC but did not play; he did go to school. Last year he went from Shelton State to Wichita State and played. I may be wrong, but I do not think coming to a 4 year from juco is a transfer. Besides, Walton will be in his 5th year of college next year, and he could transfer as a grad transfer.

Knowing all the production we are losing, I can’t imagine they’d take him if they thought he was going to need a waiver. Maybe some loophole with the JUCO thing..
