If you can get it directly from their site, I would think it’d cost 20-25$ and then another $5 or so processing fee similar to what Alabama does.

Or you can buy a season ticket package from them now for $275 before fees and try to sell everything but the Alabama game

I thought about that for a sec the other day looks like the season tickets are sold out tho.

I’ll probably just buy the individual tickets if I decide to go. I wanna try to get behind the Bama bench if possible.

Try reaching out to Hodgson or Pettway about tickets. When Pospichal was here, he got me two tickets to sit behind the bench when we played Clemson in Greenville, SC.

That’s actually a good idea. Used to talk consistently with one of the coaches a couple years ago but then it kinda died down. I’ll see what I can do.

I really hope they get rid of the 1 and done. With the development of the G League, NBA teams now have a minor league, developmental system. If they're good enough, let them go straight to the NBA. You'd end up having more players stay in college longer, which would improve the game. Considering you had successful guys like LeBron, all the way back to Moses Malone, it proves that it was bullshite to begin with. Teams just got mad because of their own failures to scout players. So they used colleges to help weed out the guys that were just hype.

Which is kinda silly because there are just as many draft busts today as there were back then. Scouting was, is, and always will be an inexact science. You never know how any of these guys are going to react to the pro sports lifestyle until they are living it.

At the height of guys skipping college in the early aughts, college basketball was not better. The product was mediocre because you never had the best.

On top of that, there’s not a single player ever roll straight into the NBA and dominate in their first year. Lebrun couldn’t make the playoffs in a historically weak Eastern Conference, Kobe averaged 7 points, and KG led the timberwolves to a 26-56 record. Not to mention the NBA product in the early 2000s was borderline garbage.

One and done has been great for everyone. It hurts some team continuity for some, but it has raised the level of play in college, kept the NBA from wasting time on kids who were really not ready, and kept several kids in college longer than they may have expected.

Obviously most of the best high school to pro players were good enough to play in the NBA right away, but they all would’ve been better off for going one year to school and building their brand, then coming in to the league ready to put on a show.

Lebron averaged 20 ppg out of high school. I'd say that's ready. Hell, 7 ppg isn't bad.

yea the only way i could see college ball really being better that way is with the added team chemistry that comes with experience but the transfer portal stuff pretty much ruined that.

one and done has not been great for everyone and as was mentioned earlier the g league negates the development angle so its really just a matter of whether or not kids like ben simmons should still be forced to go to a school they dont really care about for a year, which is stupid. also its by no means a guarantee that doing well early in college translates to a successful nba career as there have been many busts over the years, too many to count in fact.
that said i hope the rule doesnt change because its great for selfish fans like me who just want to see top talent ball out in college, esp for bama since clearly weve dethroned duke as the best hotspot for 5 star talent.

I will sacrifice my body for the good of the program and crowd.....but all these 9 PM EST tips are going to destroy me

However, seems like great news for crowds and atmosphere compared to the 6 PM starts.
