How did Tchikou turn into Hawkins? What was the real story behind his non-development? Injury can’t be it.
Thought for sure he was going to be a star. One of Oats/Hodgsons recruiting coups.

Because an Achilles is the most devastating injury a basketball player can receive. He came in very Raw and hasn’t had a chance to develop because of that Achilles.

But not so many boneheaded turnovers.

do those of you that know BB inside and out do you see a difference in our players compared to the UNC vs Duke players. To me they seem to be playing at a higher level. It is about the entire game and just the focus on the 3 or attacking the basketball.

If that's the only issue, then I have the greatest empathy for him and hope he regains his strength and talent in the near future.

All those players are playing as hard as they have ever played in any game in their life. It's a rivalry game plus a final 4.

Oats runs a good system of basketball. I used to feel that way about Anthony Grant's teams but not Oats. It's ugly when you get dumb turnovers but that is every system ever. Remember 2020-2021 season when we were blowing teams off the court? It was beautiful basketball. This team got lazy AF any time they got a lead over 10 points.

When your PG and coach aren't on the same page. Made a similar comment last season.

He has now deleted the tweet.

And it's still a big roll of the dice. Soroka has been out for almost 2 years while Suggs was playing in 5 months.

OT, but I expected soroka back last year based on how quickly I healed and was able to run/jump/lift and I'm just some average Joe. Did he not have surgery with sutures and opted for natural healing? I was told my rerupture risk was less 1% basically was told you won't tear that one again it's not worth worrying about.

Holy shite, what a game.

17 lead changes in a Final Four game, with what might be CBB's biggest rivalry. I'm kinda shocked that it lived up to the hype.

Losing to UNC in his last game.
Ouch.

Caleb Love made himself a lot of money this tournament.

Good game.

Crazy thing about it is that he couldn't hit middies this season so I really don't know what his point in saying that.

Duke has 5 first round NBA draft players. Way ahead of our talent. UNC pretty close to that, a little more experienced.

I’d love to have 1 Bama team as great as that UNC or Duke team tonight.

- Their bigs are light years ahead of Bediako/Ambrose-Hylton
- Have got to have size at the G spots. JQ & Shack aren’t in those guys stratosphere athletically

Yea. He feels it's one of his strengths but doesn't feel free to shoot them.

He'll have a chance to prove it one way or another soon enough.
