My goodness. I thought Oats would be able to recruit with his style of play and the way he handled himself in those first few weeks.

Think so, yea. One of Gottfried's classes may have been similar, but I can't remember rankings back then.
2022 (adding in Clowney/Walker) - #2 National, #1 SEC (Miller (5-star, #11)), (Walker (5-star, #13)), (Bradley (5-star, #18)), (Clowney (4-star, #62))
2017 - #8 National, #3 SEC (Sexton (5-star, #5), (Petty (4-star, #33)
2011 - #9 National, #3 SEC (Randolph (4-star, #30)), (Lacy (4-star, #41))

Three top 20 guys is some Kentucky/Duke level recruiting. Not sure we will actually get Jarace, but holy cow I love this staff.
We were pretty darn close to having Nick Smith in this class too.
