I'm trying to not be too confident, because we all know how recruiting can go, but things sound excellent on Miller.
It sounded like Clowney was headed to Indiana until recently. I think his OV to Tuscaloosa changed things up a good bit and now it sounds like he very well may commit to Alabama today.
Walker is a huge question mark. Alabama, Auburn and Houston are all possible. Seems like no one is very confident on which way he is leaning at this point.
Griffen almost feels like a lock for us next week too.

He had Indiana just an hour ago. Sounding more and more like we will get two commitments today.

I think whoever suggested that we've been pushing hard for clowney because we don't think we're getting walker might be onto something.

Oh, me too. I'm just trying not to get too greedy.
Who do we think leaves for sure after this year? Rojas, Shack, JQ? Likely JD? Then mix in a couple more who aren't happy with prospective playing time.

A Virginia Tech 247 guy just flipped his Clowney CB from Indiana to Alabama. Still the only CB Clowney has.

Hard to go against Hakeem and Clyde. I had forgotten they played for Houston.

Every guy left on our list (assuming we don't wiff on all of them and have to find some plan b's) is ranked in the top 65 on 247 right now. Add that to last years class of three guys, with only Holt being ranked outside of the top 100 (106, and I think he's going to end up being very good). Recruiting rankings aren't exact, but the future looks bright.

Sounds right, so likely we need a good point guard from the portal in the spring. Would be great to get a guy with a couple of years still to play.

Yeah, 6-7 seems like a safe number. Give me the 5 freshmen and then 1-2 guys from the portal to round out the roster. I think that's pretty ideal.
