Fland’s agent Mike Miller played at Florida- thus the Florida predictions for Boogie.

Miller was also Reid’s agent so that’s not great.

And? Never said he hasn't. Just that his path is clearer for playing time if they don't draft a similar guard. Who knows what they'll do draft wise now with the latest injury in Boston.

Hoping he gets a full time contract with the Celts or somebody else thos year.

I’d assume Fland will go to the highest bidder, which I doubt will be us. I’m more interested in what’s holding up the Keonte Jones announcement. Seemed like it was a done deal over the weekend and now it’s Wednesday morning and still nothing.

Definitely sucks for Tatum but it probably puts JD in a better place regardless of who they draft. Celtics are way into tax and they would have been happy to eat it and run it back next year with the chance of winning the title, but with Tatum out until 2026-2027 season there is a good chance they try to move some pieces (Jrue, Porzingis, Howzer etc.) for some expirings contracts if they feel the current group can't win it next year which will likely make space for JD on the NBA roster. I think he would be more diserable on thier NBA roster even if they drafted a first round guard for financial and system reasons.

We'll see how it goes. For his offense, you need at least one guy who can beat his guy off the dribble consistently to drive and kick and to keep the tempo up.

If our guy is having trouble with being pressured up the court, it slows everything down. I think Oats can work it out, but would prefer a guy with good handles and vision.

You almost have to empty the bank account for Boogie now. We’ve lost too much not be sitting on some NIL money.

PG is the only spot on the roster I’m worried about. We can’t go into the season with just Holloway.

I lean the other direction here.

Assuming we have a few players that can get in the paint and make basic reads, I think we still need someone who could eat emergency minutes at the 4/5.

I'm not even worried at all.

Aden Holloway will be much improved on both ends of the floor. Davion Hannah & Latrell Wrightsell Jr. will both assist Aden Holloway if we don't add another guard.

Honestly we need both and should have been more aggressive with a couple of guys in the portal especially at PG before Philon announced for the draft like I mentioned before. Now, we don't have what we need and get to compete against at least one of the guys we didnt push for. They didnt want to sign someone out of fear of upsetting Philon. Now, we're on the short end.
